The short version
When you create a Senloq Certs account we store your account details and the information you save in the tool, so you can use it from any computer. The material certificates and other files you attach are not uploaded: the PDF pack is built in your web browser.
Who we are

What we collect and why
- Account details: your name, company, work email and a securely hashed password. We use these to run your account (contract) and to contact you about Senloq Certs, including the Pro plan and related Senloq products (legitimate interests). You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
- What you save in the tool: your company details, signatory name and signature image, parts list, customer names and addresses, and the details of the certificates you make (certificate history). We store these so the tool works for you (contract).
- Payments: if you upgrade to Pro, Stripe processes your card payment. We receive your Stripe customer reference and subscription status, never your card details (contract and legal obligation to keep accounting records).
- Usage: when you sign up and log in, and how many packs you have made, so we can run the free plan limits and improve the product (legitimate interests).
- Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
- Server logs: Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
What we do not collect
The material certificates, test reports and other files you attach are processed on your own device and are never sent to us. The finished PDF is saved to your device only.
Cookies and local storage
We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep you logged in. We keep your unfinished certificate draft in your browser's local storage so you do not lose it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and saved data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, "Delete my account", which permanently deletes your saved data. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use Stripe to take payments and Cloudflare, Inc. to host the website and store account data (stored in Western Europe). Cloudflare may process some data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@senloq.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
