Still doing CofCs the old way?

Copy, paste, hope

Open last week's certificate, change the PO, miss the drawing revision. It happens to every shop.

Where is that mill cert?

Heat numbers on one sheet, certs in an email, a scan on someone's desktop. The pack takes longer than the paperwork should.

Goods-in says no

A missing cert or wrong heat number and the delivery sits in quarantine. Your invoice waits with it.

How it works

Three steps, one PDF

  1. 1

    Fill in the delivery

Customer, PO, part numbers, quantities, material and heat numbers. Saved parts and customers fill themselves in.

  2. 2

    Attach the certs

Drop in mill certs, test reports or a phone photo of a cert. PDF, JPG or PNG.

  3. 3

    Download the pack

One signed PDF: your CofC first, every cert after it, each page numbered and stamped with the CofC number.

Questions

What is a Certificate of Conformity (CofC)?

A signed statement from the supplier that the parts in a delivery were made and inspected to the customer's purchase order, drawings and specifications. Most customers want it with every delivery, often with the material certificates attached.

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan covers 20 packs a month for one user, with no card and no time limit. Pro will add unlimited packs, your logo and team features for shops that need them.

Are my mill certs and drawings uploaded?

No. The PDF pack is built in your web browser on your own computer. We save your account details, parts, customers and certificate history so you can log in anywhere, but not the files you attach.

Can I use my own declaration wording?

Yes. Change the declaration in Settings, add your approvals line (for example ISO 9001 or AS9100), and set your own CofC number format.

Is this an EASA or CAA Form 1?

No. Senloq Certs makes a supplier's Certificate of Conformity. It is not an authorised release certificate (EASA Form 1, CAA Form 1 or FAA 8130-3).

Who is responsible for what the certificate says?

You are. You fill in the details and sign it, just as you would on paper. Check every certificate before you send it.

Does it work on a Mac, a tablet or the shop floor PC?

Yes. It runs in any modern web browser: Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.
