1. Who we are
Senloq Certs is provided by Senloq Ltd ("we", "us"), company no. 17318388, registered office Lu.330 1 Filament Walk, The Light Bulb, London, SW18 4GQ. Contact: hello@senloq.com.
2. What the tool does
Senloq Certs helps you make a Certificate of Conformity and combine it with your own documents into one PDF. The free plan is provided as it is, at no charge. We may change or stop it, or close inactive accounts, at any time. We will try to give you notice so you can download your data.
3. You are responsible for your certificates
You decide what goes on each certificate and you sign it. You must check every certificate and every attached document before you send it. We do not check, approve or verify the contents, and we do not certify your parts. A certificate made with this tool is your company's declaration, not ours.
4. Not for aviation release
Senloq Certs does not produce an authorised release certificate (EASA Form 1, CAA Form 1 or FAA 8130-3). Do not use it in place of one.
5. What you must not do
- Make false or misleading certificates, or certificates for parts you did not supply or check.
- Use the tool to process classified information or information you are not allowed to handle on this computer.
- Try to break, overload or copy the service.
6. Your account and data
You need a free account to use Senloq Certs. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We store your company details, parts, customers and certificate history so you can use them from any computer. The files you attach are processed on your device and are not uploaded. Keep your own copies of the certificates you send. See our privacy policy.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as the free tool is provided free of charge, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including loss of profit, loss of business, rejected deliveries, or the contents of any certificate you make. If we are found liable to you in any case, our total liability is limited to £100.
8. Pro plan
Senloq Certs is for business use. Pro costs £25 a month, paid in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe, and renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from "Manage billing" in the app or by emailing us; Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and we do not refund part months. If a payment fails, we may move your account back to the free plan. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. Pro features marked "coming soon" are not part of what you pay for until they are released.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
